Inspiration: Jan Messent

Jan Messent is a pretty amazing artist. She’s worked in embroidery, she’s made historically accurate dolls, but I know her best as a knitter.

If you haven’t seen her books you are in for a real treat. 

Not only do they showcase her work as an artist,

she shares the instructions to make everything yourself.
